The sets were made to look like a room for the magazine shooting. All of them walked into the room with sleepy eyes in pajamas. They didnt talk much and started the shooting by lying down on those sheets. They came for this shooting before their first live performance. S.M THE BALLAD is the BALLAD group by bringing together the best main vocalist from each boy band including: TRAX Jay, SUJU KyuHyun, SHINee Jonghyun♥ and our maknae Jino! They are the perfect complexion.
The boys had to do the shooting in very early in the morning in a room with has nothing but a freezing cold concrete floor and some sheets covering it. When Khyuhyun was asked “What did you do yesterday?” He answered:”It is called TenTen—-Practicing since 10am until 10pm. I have been practicing without any break like this for two days in a roll already. And this makes me tired for a bit.” Of course, he has to be tired. He has to practice all for Super Junior K.R.Y. Concert, Super Junior;s Concert
For SHINee’s Jonghyun♥, he also had to shoot videos for their upcoming concert overnight without sleeping. JINO was also busy with his high school final exams. When he had finished with the exams, he rushed to the location to join this shooting.
Finally, TRAX Jay, who came in only for the last half shooting due to his drama schedule, can be called “the busiest man on earth” since he has to shoot his drama
However, their fatigue expressions and actions were gone after they got themselves to relax and got used to the location. The boys started to walk around like little kids. Some of them kept humming that high notes part “Yeyeyye” in Hot Times.
Kyuhyun started to flim other members with a small camera which he took it from somewhere. Beside him, Jay was acting the fighting scene from Three Musketeers. After that, someone started to sing another again.
However, for the MV shooting, Kyuhyun had been crying while shooting ’7년간의 사랑 (7 Year of Love)’ and this time for ‘너무 그리워(Miss You)’ MV shooting, Jonghyun♥ could not continue to shoot for his part because he had cried too much.
When all of them stayed together, they kept telling others jokes and funny stuffs. And the time has passed like that.
Did you know this project was prepared for a long time. Because everyone is so busy ,But for S.M The Ballad KYUHYUN said ” The Song named Miss you that you’ve listening was recorded for 2 years ago. Our voice in DEC 2008 maybe have some change when we’re singing now
Actually it’s not easy to sing the song well by make everyone don’t know how change about this song
At the location is not become weary too much, because they still can do high vocal to 5.1 ch
Although each one was have either part in their team , While they are in harmony and prove the power of each person
S.M. The Ballad is aggregation of four main vocalist. There must have a fierce battle.
JongHyun said “Once we’re recording and our balance of power aren’t unity, So we have to record a new round “
In the envied atmosphere with Koreans habit that must do everything well,so we can’t know that there will have jealous of each other or not
But by Jino, the youngest member told that Kyuhyun who send emotion of the song so well , JongHyun who sing Indulge can make a new mood in the song and JAY who was Jino’s favorite singer “I really love when Jay brother sang Scorpio’, ‘Paradox’ of TRAX and now we are in same group i can’t say nothing except “wow” ” This project have only Jino that just debut and ravish with relationship of these brother,But when you see them on stage. You can’t deny how value of them
When Jino is smiling and singing with trained voice make he so shine on stage S.M the ballad and never obscured by others , because he was the winner of EverySing Contest 2008
and now Jino may know why his brother is so graceful “While practicing i don’t try the ballad song too much so this is the reason why i think this recording so hard for me , In practice time i usually sing a POP or R&B Style, But i never think my voice is perfect”
Before this album to be released. They worry that the four voice lines are not compatible in a natural way. Jonghyun has a special way to use your own voice with the voice of Kyuhyun smooth. Jay has worked in the rock for a long time. And Jino who have not been heard. And a new member likes Jino never heard that sound.I can’t imagine How to sing a song by that sound.
Kyuhyun solo song ‘다시… 사랑합니다’(Love Again) Is a song written from the lessons of his experience “It is a difficult time because of an accident car accident we took to make the background of the song(in 2007 he and members of Super Junior, a car accident and he himself has been seriously injured) After the defeat on that, I’ll be back in time as a singer again. This song is my story If we taken the MV I want to take the my story.” and Jay said “During the activities, TRAX Nothing changes to the special Time to sing alone, it has always stood alongside three otherpeople. They like to help lighten the load already in song “Hot Times” I want to try singing more. Very much happy that i can rap”
Now they have S.M The Ballad, maybe they will make ‘S.M The Rock’ and ‘S.M The Electronic’?
“Do this project will come out? Maybe they will make Hip-Hop group by choose the rapper from any bands and put them together as a Hip-Hop project. I think it’s great” Kyuhyun said.
“Yes, maybe they will choose the person who dance well in any bands and put them together in the show. I think it’s really great” Jonghyun said.
Even if SM. The Ballad have 2nd project,who do you want to team up? They always said at the same way. Start from Kyuhyun “Excuse me, I don’t want to miss this project” and Jonghyun too “Me too, if someone seem to be out off.I don’t want to be him” Jino and Jay also said that they want to be with this team. This team has been nominate Yesung(Super Junior) and Onew(SHINee) so everyone seem upset when they have to talk about others who love to sing like them,no one else want to miss this project. Kyuhyun said with his bravely “Taemin(SHINee) talked to me ‘Kyuhyun-hyung..When do I can sing a song with you?’(laugh)”
