[News] MBC to hold a charity concert with Fuji TV and Avex in Japan for 50th anniversary.

Earlier this week, MBC’s “Show! Music Core” revealed that they were planning a special overseas concert in celebration of their 50th anniversary. Further details were finalized today, and the project is a collaboration between MBC, Fuji TV, and Avex.

The concert – named as the “Legendary East 2011 Korean Music Wave Live in Tokyo” – is a charitable event for which all profits will go towards the ‘Good Friends Save the Children‘ organization.

The impressive line-up includes TVXQ, B2ST, 2AM, f(x), SHINee, MBLAQ, 4minute, SG WannaBe, miss A, SECRET and many others. The second line-up list will be revealed on March 16th.

Representatives of “Legendary East 2011″ commented, “By combining Korea’s broadcast production system with Japan’s concert production know-hows, this will be one of the best concerts ever made. We hope that the audience all over the world will enjoy and share the music presented by the greatest Hallyu stars.”

The concert is scheduled for May 14th at the Saitama Super Arena.
